A club of little baby boys who are such mental midgets that they must get righteously indignant and fire anyone who doesn’t agree with every word that comes from their mouths. The clique, known to many of us as the “boys club”, is just that.
This entire job posting is a brag and boast by those who feel that they have won a great victory by purging all the people who simply disagreed with them. Those who will not submit to micromanagement and intimidation are recognized and forced out. The culture at Newstream is micromanagement and intimidation. This really shows that what these guys are all about is our submission to their domination. The candidate for this position is expected to identify and report those who express differing opinions or objections to current policy and procedure so that they may be targeted for termination. “…recognize team members who will and will not submit to the culture at NSE.” This is a very strange sentence to place within a job posting, and certainly provides deep insight into the attitude of Adam Locke, who probably created this position summary. “Provide constructive correction and discipline with the intent to recognize team members who will and will not submit to the culture at NSE” For the last 3 years, this clique has been purging everyone in all departments who does not conform and go along with whatever is dictated to them. There is a legion of good employees who have quit, been fired, been demoted, or have transferred out of Newstream because of the actions and attitudes of this clique. It is rumored that Adam did this because she disagreed with some of his policies and procedures and because she did not have a college degree. They demoted the shipping supervisor and posted her position. If the assertions presented here are indeed correct, it is a glimpse into the dark heart and deplorable demeanor that has manifested itself within the management ranks of Newsteam Enterprises.
