It is recommended to go through all the orders so you will have almost every perk maxed out. In House Flipper you can buy houses at a fixed price and then sell after renovating it for profit. Sounds obvious as it's the name of the game, but house flipping will get you a lot more money for less work than doing Email Jobs. It'd be nice if your agency could have a reputation, or if you really could design a house specifically for a particular client and then “fail” if you don't design to their needs.
